Eligibility for Refund

Initial Purchase Refunds

Full Refund: If you are not satisfied with the Insight Saas Product software, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Partial Refund: After 30 days and up to 60 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund, which will be prorated based on the duration of use. Subscription Renewals

Refunds for subscription renewals are not typically offered. However, exceptions can be made if the renewal was accidental or if there were issues with the software that could not be resolved by our support team. Upgrades and Add-Ons

Refunds for upgrades or additional modules purchased for the Insight Saas Product system are eligible within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been extensively used or integrated into your system. Refund Process

Customized Insight Saas Product implementations, where extensive customization has been carried out to fit specific business needs, are generally non-refundable.

If the software has been used in a manner that violates our terms of service or licensing agreement, a refund will not be issued.

Any third-party services or products purchased alongside the Insight Saas Product software are not covered by this refund policy.
