Terms for Digital Marketing

• Exclusive Appointment: Upon acceptance of this Agreement by Insight, Client is hereby appointed a exclusive service as marketing consultant.


• Agreement: Client is not hereby authorized to grant the End Users to transfer this accounts to other service provider during project duration.


• Our Quotation are valid for only 10 days. Insight reserve the right to increase the price in future on the basis of future changes.


• We do not have any responsibility if Customer complaint against your promoting items. We can only provide Services.


• We are not promoting any kind of Business/product like Voilence material,toxic product or political content etc..


• The project will be scheduled after confirmation email by client to Insight Infosystem.No verbal communication will be entertain


• Maintenance & Support: (a) Telephone hot-line support during working days and hours of business operation only after that raise your query at email: support@insightinfosystem.com. or Share query through support link


• In case of Business Listing ,Online Review management , social suggestion ,we only follow the guideline by third party website i.e Google ,Yahoo,social media page and others .we can not give guarantee for 100% Business listing on google and yahoo.We only try to manage and resubmit 2 times only.After that charges is applicable.


• I/we understand that the Services are approved for 30 Days only, subject to subsequent renewal and same service cost may be varied.


• Once Google Ads / Social media management/ Digital Marketing/ SEO /Email Marketing is scheduled in that case Amount is not refundable any cost ,only do better as per your one best suggestion.after that charges is applicable


• Insight Infosystem is not giving 100% guranteed for business conversion(ROI),We follow only google algoritham, arketing tools to enhance the result professionally.


• In case of SEO Services, Insight Infosystem follows seo tools algorithm to rank the domain on given Keywords.It takes atleast 4-6 month to rank . Insight Infosystem is not giving 100% guranteed to rank no: 1 position on search engine google or Yahoo.we only follow the guideline to optimize your domain.In this case ,No refund is sustain.


• Kindly Pay our professional fee in advance every month on/before shared date on proposal/offer without any service hamper otherwise service will be suspended and fresh quote offer sustain.


• Insight infosystem is not liable for project delay or exceeding budget,if client doesn‘t provide reuired authentication/approval on demand time frame then Insight will hold the project for 10 Days afterthat project will be terminated without any notice/call


• Term of Agreement: This Agreement commences on the date after recieved Quote amount, Project will be scheduled and duration will be counted from that date only. Performance by both parties, or until earlier terminated by one party will be considered but no any kind of refund policy sustained


• Every reports & analysis of projects will be sent on clients’ email as per Day mentioned in Quote itself.



• Terms For Website & Mobile App Development

• Agreement: Client is not hereby authorized to grant the End Users to transfer these accounts to other service provider during project duration.


• We do not have any responsibility if Customer complaint against your project content. we can only provide Services what client was given or approved before on air the projects.


• We do not design or develop any kind of Business/product based project like Voilence of public compliances as per Indian government articles or illegal content etc.


• Insight Info system is not liable to provide source code/technology on given quote offer, If you require it, then 70% quote amount will be paid by client . In this case, No technical support will be provide.

• Insight strictly follows the Quotation requirement whatever the client discussed in written and approved only, Other than charges will be applicable.


• Client is requested to pay renewal charges before 30 days of expiry, Otherwise Insight is not liable any kind loss.


• Any kind of additional changes in UI/UX & add requirement is liable to generate add on invoice against requrements.


• If project development is scheduled, in that case insight will not entertain project termination or any kind of refund.


• If project development does not meet the client’s requirement as per given features, in that case insight will consider refund 70% of amount which is paid within as per mutual concern date.


• Client must to read all the content materials before on air the projects strictly because insight is not responsible for any kind of claim/objection from any users/customers’ end.


• Insight is liable for your Data security with any instance ,If control under Insight Infosystem only.


• Insight have responsibility for development of bugs free application only not hackproof. If you want hackproof then go for penetration test, SSL certificate, Site Lock and leading server end and so many third party application.


• Term of Agreement: This Agreement commences on the date after recieved Quote amount, Project will be scheduled and duration will be counted from that date only. Performance by both parties, or until earlier terminated by one party will be considered but no any kind of refund policy sustained.


• Insight infosystem is not liable for project delay or exceeding project duration, if client doesn’t entertain/fullfil our requirement or query within 10 working days. Insight is liable to hold this project and continue this as per fresh date frame and increase 20% current quote amount.


• Insight Infosystem is liable to fix bugs during 15 Days testing app after delivery the project only after that every changes paid invoice will be raised.


• Every Design & development report & analysis of projects will be sent on clients’ email only.


• Client is requested to assign single executive to overlook the project from beginning to delivery,No one allow in middle.


• Client is requested to test and report the changes/ fix the bugs of software,website and application after final delivery within 15 Days only after that Insight Infosystem will not entertain any excuse . .


• Client is requested to report us within 5 days for facing any kind of issue in website,application and software because source backup is 6 Days only after that insight is not liable for any loss or compensation. These condition applicable for those client to take services from Insight Infosystem server/Hosting .


• Client is requested to provide all the projects documentation with nomenclature and mock-up. If any changes / alteration charges and time frame will increased.


• Client is requested to answer the call, email, whatsapp during project development for requirement for documents, authentication, credential or permission within 5 working days otherwise project will be on hold and restart on our resource availability.


• Final payment should be paid within 15 days after raised invoice, otherwise we are liable to discontinue this project and fresh term and condition applied on.


• Above all the terms and condition which is mentioned, applied by both parties.
